Thank you for the excellent service, including the empathy shown by Dr. Mayda Arias and others Shawtawne, the first person I spoke to to make the appointment has outstanding medical customer service skills, with empathy and encouragement for those of us who need to see an oncologist.

Generally speaking I’m not crazy about the health care of late however Dr Arias and the other medical professionals were outstanding. So kind , maybe because they see people who are very sick .

She took her time and made sure she had the info to evaluate me.

Dr Arias explained all of my test results, was patient and thorough.

All the doctors and nurses and staff members like the registration people I have dealt with have been very polite and very respectful. I have been to the Plantation, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach and the big/mega facility down in Miami Hospital District. The University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics to have surgery with Dr Komatar and everyone was wonderful. Even the guy who came to take me at 1:00am for an additional MRI before the 8:00am surgery was so kind and considerate. Thanks to everyone everything went smoothly.

I was there for an annual follow up visit. Dr. Arias was very attentive and provided me with the feedback and follow I needed. I will follow up with a full body bone scan which she carefully explained to me. I was very satisfied with her diligence and thorough management of my case even though I am just a routine annual follow up and not an active case management patient.
